Shell Shortlists(Thats what my applications status states)

na wa o...., so na so we many for the shell stuff? u guys were just keeping cool b4.

anyway shall,
@all our Lagos Brethren, we in Port-harcourt are looking up to U guys and God for Direction

Did any of u write to shell before receiving a test IV. I'm thinking of writing them, cos I hv bn shortlisted but no test IV yet. Any advice? pls!

i just checked my application status and it states shorlisted, but have not been sent a mail yet.

@oilprince- we ve got your back covered. Mine is at Lagos too on 11th... And yes, those shortlisted plenty die.... Try read the post by coolguy or so on d 2nd page of this thread and you 'd understand wat we re up against.... Wish all da best in d test

every body wish for a better life. and shell can not employ every body. their recruitment process is not like PTDF.

@oilprince, yea na major Oil company we dey talk about of course... i don give am a thot tire, but it is wat competition is all bout.... otherwise it wont be called Selection Test.

House plz anyone who's written da test give us a little info on the nature of the tests and wat to expect, lets be our brothers keeper abeg :-\

We don write test finish, nobody want talk about am. Was it that bad? It was 'the good, the bad, the ugly' for me but it could hav been better, maybe if I had lots of sleep b4 d day. No amount of jacking or expo can brace u for 26 or so Verbal questions in 18 or so minutes. I'm looking to God now for what's to come next.

@wizie, @Peteke, @DaEmperor : if you guys had been vigilant enough you would have seen a lot of detailed info on the test, given by some house members that have already taken their test, including myself. I'll advise you read carefully through the SHELL threads and you'll find all the info you require. :D

I agree wit gzl, check up specifically "comments on SHELL". You re sure to find insights. I think this thread has outlived its use. Lets move to d more recent threads that tackle the current probs.
@daEmperor i seriously think a lot of practice and some strategies can take up to 31 on d verbal in 18mins.... And as for d numerical, ppl finished in 22mins... Na spatial be everybody noise making point....

@oilprince- i can confidently tell you that all this last min hustle won't really shoot up d scores..' my friend Jst relax, as for d SHLs Jst ensure u get d verbal pattern right, FALSE and CANNOT SAY re very similar.... Here's a clue, if refrence is made to d passage, your answer can only be TRUE or FALSE.... CANNOT SAY only comes in if there's a mention of something that you can't find in d passage....

@ufuoma thanx for the info God go really bless you abundantly. Have you gotten anything on STS5 spatial checking? Examples or anything info can help cos i don't know it looks like. i want to know what I'm dealing with here. Thanks again.

@lugar- the only sets of d spatial u 'd get re actually the examples at d beginnin of the test.... I can almost say that you can spend the prep time for this one at d test centre.... To be frank i doubt if you 'd get any STS5 from anywhere to practice wit.... Jst face the other 2wit your practice, and then relax your mind's eye for d spatial .
@oilprince- guy na d best option u don mention.... Na only God fit be our muscle oh. I 'd tell you Jst maintain a high level of concentration
