I didn't insult you broda. it's honestly an undue advantage and let me use this opportunity to tell those who come here to share test questions that are carried out in batches; U guys are not being benevolent..o, it's jst an act of indiscipline jare. and my advice to every one jst as it is stated in the assesment mail link from SHELL : Do not rely on ur previous experience with SHELL in answering the questions, just get ur mind open to use ur intellect and by God's grace U there!!

yea, I can repeat it if U want. U said "heads-up": the person that informed us on this thread about the opening has given a tremendous heads-up. somebody tried to navigate to the site but found it difficult and a broda/sister in this forum helps out, thats heads-up; I've applied but haven't got the assessment link and a broda/sister on this forum replies: "same here" - thats heads-up. the test is likely going to be in GMAT format and a broda/sister comes here seeking practise questions nd gets it - thats heads-up. if u've received the assessment link, u'd agree with me that it was explicitly stated what the test was all about; to then come here to ask how the questions were is tantamount to u seeking for the test questions to be disclosed to you which will give U an undue advantage over others. this is the general seed i us as Nigerians - corruption/indiscipline

• The Competency Based Questionnaire consists of 18 sets of statements to rate in approximately 20 to 30 minutes. You will not be timed during this assessment.
• You will need a computer with a reliable internet connection to take the online assessment.
• Before you start the assessment, please make sure that you are somewhere safe and quiet, and that you have paper and a pen at hand. You may also want to have a dictionary within reach in case you want to look up any words.
• No specialist knowledge is needed to answer the questions and you should not rely on any previous knowledge you have of Shell as this may lead you to a wrong answer.

@All I really agree with what Coconut is saying, he has sadi it all, giving the exact way the question look like is an undue advantage to others, rmember we are pursuing one goal. That was what PH guyz in Halliburton did for Lagos peeps and most of them made it.
Coconut has clearly state the kind of help we can render in this forum.
Rmember Shell has a lot on their waiting list and may not employ much from us this year..... So we need to trade with caution to avoid being a victim.

And to dose (Engjoe, Rabidvirus & Xsmart) who don't agree, here is the jinx: kindly click on the assessment link & do your assessment coz it seems we're all waiting for you to, then com back here & tell us the questions, and we can take 2days to prepare before doing ours since we have 2wks on our side...

The same undue advantage has always been enjoyed by the few wise ones here, while the kind ones share the questions, the wise ones receive & use them...

The same scenario was observed in the NDDC thread where someone came to reveal the interview question type, I bet you many redirected their preparation in line & did better than the kind forumite that shared it.
That you shared it & still passed doesn't mean it is right, coz you might just have eliminated someone from the list who would have topped someone that you gave "an undue advantage" by revealing the questions.

To wrap it up, almost everyone here is intelligent, however, just a handful of us is needed. As such, wisdom & grace will be required to make the list. It is left for us to decide how the contest will be... As for me, I'm not gonna give away my slot without fighting. Call me names if you wish, but I'd rather you lead by example; do your test & tell us the questions then we'll thank God for helping us through you.
