Guys pls is SRD over now?

i hv so many stuffs on my mind but will just pour out some.
1. I noticed they have cald lots of peeps for medicals, does it mean dey are recruitn alot or dey dont plan on takn all dey invited.
2. Dose on waitn list are cald along side with us, does it mean that we wld be on waitn list.

Anyway let me just be waitn!!!

Just wait, they know what they are doing. According to the person that addressed us, "What you see is what u get- Evidence-based assessment." So, we wait.

Judging by the number already invited for medicals, it would appear that the recruiters are planning another round or screening after medicals unless they want to graciously give every1 an offer, which would be unusual.

This is the year of Unusual things and for me, it is positive!

@ Spatial, it is all speculations! Yes so many peeps have been invited for medicals. I heard that Shell changed their medical invite method this year by inviting everybody that passed SRD. So, as openings are declared, they will give offer to those candidates that have done medicals. Some good number of hopefuls will resume in December or January next year, others will resume later in 2013.
Even candidates that did SRD in 2010 were invited for medicals this year. It goes to show that they may consider them first b4 the 2011 and 2012 SRD guys. Anyway, they must start some 2012 SRD guys in Dec/Jan. They have the plans, ours is just speculation.
