Sorry, havent done it before but from what has been said earlier (Tripple C's post), it involves Role playing and In-tray exercise, Technical presentation, Team work, and Interviews.
Google IN-TRAY excercise, i think its d most challenging esp if u havent done it in d past. Thats is Y u need to practice it. U can Go to
http://www.kent.ac.uk/careers/interviews/intray.htm to read more on it or just google it. U can also find 2 samples as i have attached.
Role play is basically where u r given a role to act as and do what is meant to be done assuming u r that person u r acting like. Eg. U act as the Territory manager where u have subordinates who report to u, u can have challenges like a subordinate who is either always giving excuses or procrastinating etc. how do u approach such....similar stuffs.
Then for presentation, i dont know abt SRD presentation but my guess is that u r given an exercise which u have to read, u then make a summary or recommendation based on what u feel is the best . It could also be a presentation on urself, career aspirations and goals, etc (like i said i dont know abt their presentation).
Team work is where u are part of a team and u r given a task to perform together.
Finally, interview should either be a one-on one interview or a round-table interview.
Someone who has an experience on SRD can throw more light. Just my 2 cents...
