To be honest, its too early to assume coast is totally clear though an optimistic mind can make such an assumption. For the reason being they have not followed the usual pattern this year and have taken longer than usual- no one really knows except anyone with HR connects.

Hello pple. I am kinda new here and I have read thru this particular thread.I received an email from shell to attend Shell CAR assessment which they referred to as the first level interview. Pls, what does CAR assessment mean and what should I be expecting?

Nope bruv. Your status says "shortlisted" when u get invited for the test. When u make it to SRD it says "final assessment"

When did you receive it? Are u a commercial graduate? Did they mention its a telephone interview and when is it?

Pls provide more info or the invite first so we can discuss after.

I didn't write the test. I only filled the online application some years back for a commercial role since I studied accounting.
