check the date u submitted ur application last yr, it should be at abt this time, I submitted pretty late last yr, and I have to wait till 11th march b4 I can submit again.
My take on this? Wait and watch that 14th deadline closely, u should be able to apply b4 then. Because, like Ufuome has said, what happens? And what happen?....when u make it to the assessment day?
If by 13th u cannot still apply...then u know what to do.
