Guy. Last year, Shell made the mistake of shortlisting too many people as they couldnt do test for them. But this year, de av restrategised and will do test for dose dat were shortlisted. Do not discourage anyone from preparing.

One small question. Those of you with experience, typically after this initial shortlisting how long does it take before the emails come and then the test proper? Thanks.
The trend has been about 40 people per year, though at times, they have a few on waiting list for the next year, this effectively reduces the number they will take for the current year...assuming they want to clear off their backlogs.Quote:
