HOWEVER, I only have and I can share SHL/Psychometric PRACTICE MATERIALS with anyone interested (PROVIDED U SEND ME A PM, I WILL NOT SEND IT TO ANYONE WHO DROPS AN EMAIL ON THIS THREAD),
I think The combination of these practice materials would get anyone who is willing to work hard and smart PREPARED for the test.
Over the past three years I have come to the conclusion that:
1. God cannot do for me what I can do for myself.
He provides the food, but I have to make the effort to cook it and eat...or die of starvation, same with HE providing the water and me using it to bathe, cook, wash etc
2. Luck is just some random happening.
Depending on this random happening is as one depending on a lottery to make a living, the chances of thunder striking the same spot twice are even higher than success by luck.
3. Preparation meeting opportunity is the recipe
When preparation meets opportunity, people say u were lucky, but in essence...U were not lucky, u were prepared.
Preparation sharpens ur vision to recognise an opportunity, and then utilise the opportunity.
4. The level of preparation is evident in MOST (Not All) outcomes
It is the more prepared of the prepared that not only utilises an opportunity that presents itself, but goes ahead to maximise the opportunity (This is why u write some tests with some of ur coursemates who u know are very very good, but u wonder how u made it, and they didn't).
5. Speed on its own is not enough, but a fine blend of speed and accuracy is the key!
Efficiency at times could be misleading, but effectiveness always gets the job done (It may not be about finishing all the questions, or getting to the finnish line first, rather how many of what u have done or answered did u get right.
Because in this life u r not in a race with anybody, but in a race against urself, to make sure u better ur past performance with each passing day)
6. The God Factor!!!
Having done all u r meant to do, bearing in mind that God will not do for u what u can do for urself, recognise and acknowledge that TRUTH that even in all we do, God is the one that causeth us to prosper.
I will bless the works of ur hands, now u have works of ur hands, u have prepared and done ur best, ensure U recognise His place all the way and allow Him do His best for U!
I look forward to many testimonies in this house this year, I sincerely look forward to celebrating a lot of successes this year, and as we celebrate one another, God will also cause the sounds of gladness and rejoicing to continually flow within and around us too.
