I'll like to know if any one's application status has changed from APPLICATION RECEIVED to SHORTLISTED. My was reviewed in 24hrs and was regretted. Has any one been shortlisted?

.rar is one of the archive file formats for data compression. do you have the option to "extract" when you right click the rar file? If you don't, you need to download the software to decompress, try download.cnet.com / or google StuffIt Expander, that worked for me in the past.Quote:

Yes. My application status changed from application recieved to regretted. They they then sent me a mail telling me they have reviewed my application and it does not match their requirement. I guess the vacancy is for geologists and am an industrial engineer.

Am very sorry for the mail, maybe you don't hv 2:1 or a master degree, or you are a commercial graduate. Bcos last year they found it difficult to invite all shortlisted candidates, and the 2:2 guys wthout masters were never invited, they felt so bad and most of them that hv insider started disturbing HR. So I guess they r trying to avoid such scenerio to occur again. But i stand to be corrected.Quote:
