@gold638, CAR= Capacity, Achievements, Relationships. Commercial grads dont write aptitude tests, I believe d first step in dir recruitment is d 1st level interview to assess ur CAR qualities. As d name implies, it shud b a HR based competency plus professional interview.

It should last for 45mins-1hr. Roughly 4 parts
1) They will list available openings in commercial and ask you to choose 3 in form of prioirity they might ask you for your career path too. Nothing serious from what I hear
2) Behavioural questions based on the CAR- Capacity, Achievement and Relationship evaluation. Eg biggest achievement till date, an example of when you worked in a group etc
3) They will give you 4 topics and ask you to choose one to discuss which they will ask you questions about. Topics such as Corporate Social Responsibility, Diversity and Inclusion, Recruiting and Retaining high calibre staff etc.
4) Any questions to ask them?
That's it roughly. You can research more - you still have time. All the best
