guys check ur application status u will find there is nothing there in ur job application over d last six months.
first i was shortlisted then demoted to under review and now my application is totally deleted with not even a rejection mail.
this recruitment exercise tire me oo.

@Biger Boy, Shell did not delete your application status. It is automated for applications that are more than 6 months to off as you attempt to check it under the application status for the last 6 months icon. But you can view your application status now by checking the view all application icon. So dont worry, all is well with your Shell application IJN.Quote:
