Shell calling for test

Baba god am in your able hands. Please good people wat format will the test take? Also the mail sent to m had only the shell employee's mail address and nt mine.... Is that the format that was sent to everybody? Ur replies will be very much appreciated. Peace.

@Momoh...everybody was Blind-Carbon-Copied (BCC) that way your mail addy is kept confidential, so fear not. That explains Y the batches of mail sent out to some others on Thursday evening were recalled, and resent properly...that is by BCCing all recipients

Please house, I have been shortlisted all these while for local opportunities but yet to be invited for the test. Can someone shed light on the difference and relationships between local opportunities and SITP?
