@Donivald: I am in the North, and this is the first I'm hearing about that. To a northern centre, or from the North? Because, your post seems a bit contradictory. If this friend of a friend was invited to the Northern centre, why didn't he write at this centre? He wouldn't have had to go all the way to Lagos for the test.
@stillontop: something about their names not being on the list. Can you imagine? After receiving the IV. God help us.
I'm sure there are some Shell staff reading this thread. Could you guyz please give us reliable info? Because I'm waaaaaay to young to develop a High blood pressure.
Please can someone help with the venue, date and time for the lagos center.

was shortlisted 4 SITP but no invite yet. am confused.somone said dey are done with lagos,dat ph is next.am in lag right now.what do i do.storm ph withou an iv.or kipin waitin dat my iv will com .som1 shud rply asap. bp rising 200/190.
My own opinion is to confirm your name on the list/ gate crash, which ever one from 11th-13th May @PH center. It's a 50-50 risk, it's either you lose or win. Wish you all good luck.

For now as at 1pm, they are not allowing any form of gatecrashing in the PH centre, but I cant tell what would happen later today or on the 12 or 13th.............believe me SHELL is really disappointing........
I applied for SITP last year june and there were very few that were shortlisted and not invited but this year's own is quite much. For those writing in PH be fast and accurate, especially with the verbal reasoning and quantitative analysis, be at ur best. The worst part of it is for those shortlisted and not invited yet u might not be able to apply next year. Surely they will still send a message to all afterwards if there will be no more test in lagos.
@thought were u there at presidential hotel or did you by any means here anything about the commercial graduates?aah...confusion everywhere.shell you people wont kill us.

i have been invited for the test on the 18th wed in PH. I will be finishing NYSC by June 9th,and it said in the letter that I should bring my Discharge certificate. I stay in Lagos,someone should pls advice me. thanxs

About the issue of NYSC certificate, to be frank with you all, you do not stand even the slightest chance of being allowed to write test. These are the things they ask for. As for the statement of result case, be sure that the statement result date of issuance isnt anything before 2009 or at worst 2008 (i went with 2009 statement of result and was allowed with small hesitation), as they will tell you that you are meant to have gotten your certificate. If however you have no option, then go with the lie that you have not been given by the school. The NYSC guy can still go and try his luck anyway. i m just talking from experience. i wrote the test in lagos, and some guys didnt write becos of 2-2, while some guys didnt even still write becos they have masters and yet claim masters in view, they were asked to produce the certificate for the masters. 2-1 is guaranteed though insofar you go with all your ORIGINAL certificates including birth certificate.
correction to my previous post, line 8....while some guys didnt even write becos they DON'T have masters and yet claim masters in view...
Is it really true that those with 2.2 and without masters were not allowed to write the test?
