Yes they do sent messages to those that fail their test.

So if u dnt see any message dat means u're sucessful during the test?

not really, they sent a reject mil to my friend after a year. If you are successful you will be contacted within 6 months (especiallly BSc and BEng holder). Anytime after that is .......................

@Linx24, from what you have just said, it appears their is no specific approach. And some guys I know of were not contacted about their being successful in the test till up to one year later, when they are called for the interview.
