Got this mail today but had it recalled. Did anyone else get same mail from SCNL?

Sequel to your application for the Position of a Subsea/Mechanical Engineer in SCNL, I am pleased to invite you for an Aptitude Test scheduled as follows


VENUE: Max-Chef Hotel, (Opposite City Crown Hotel) No 4, Hon. Maxwell Uwabie Street, Off COE/Iwofe Road by Wimpey Junction, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Date: Sunday April 1^st 2012.
TIME: 12:15pm

Additional Information:

1, Come with your writing materials (Pen, Pencil, Eraser).
2, Come with a copy of this email as well as a valid Identity document.

I got the recall mail first ... Then I got another mail for an invitation for the test printed in green and finally another mail printed in black ending with "nothing is impossible unless you thin it is so".. I dunno what this means.. I got a total of 3 mails in the space of 30 minutes..
Anybody with the the test format?

Frank,you'll observed about 52 people where copied the same mail,same time, same sequence. 3mails in all!
The last being a recall.Please Confirm my assertions

I got also got same mails 2.d invitation and re-invatation saying 11am & 1.30 pm respectively on 1st of april.Dont jst understand dis Men.let c wat happens b4 d Sunday. Who kws their TEST FORMAT OR MATERIALS should share 2 the Huz. tanks 1luv!!!!!!!!!!!!

My time is 12:15 and exactly 30 people were copied in the last mail sent to me..

I received the mail 4 times with 1.30pm as my test time.

@all I got another invite this morning 9.29am.Mine is scheduled for 12.15pm 1st of April, same venue.
I think the I.Vs are real now.Not too sure if its CBT or Paper-Based test, but the short time intervals in the I.Vs is suggestive of CBT.
However, we were required to come with pen,paper and Stuffs.

Anybody in the house with an idea of there test format?

Hi guys I dont believe all these shits APRIL FOOL and all that. Let me tell you the first job I got and still the job I have till this moment was done on the same APRIL fisrt of previous yrs.
Please those that have the test should go ahead and do their exam. Is reall ok. What you guys should be asking is for any useful information concerning the exam and not to Discourage those who had the invitation.
I got the same mail but mine is 6 in all the first 4 are like this 2 mails from frank for the invitation and 2 recall mail and other 2 are the invitation now not from frank but from SCNL Recruiting.

i got same. mail them that i won't be available and was informed that another test will be conducted on 4th & 5th in lag. I think it's real. I contacted a friend in saipem and confirmed he knows the guy ( frank) that sent the mail

Has anyone based in Lagos received an invite for the test? I read from previous posts that another test will hold in lagos although I'm yet to receive any test invitation.

I dont tink anybody 4rm lagos has gotten d invitatn lets keep hope

Anyway, just go to Saipem's site and look 4 their Number and call their Customer Care or HR 2 confirm. All d best!

Heard its secondary school maths, physicz, chemistry and English..1hr 25mins or so from a source.. Not too sure anyway. Whatever the case, sucess to everyone...Saipem LEGGOooooo...

The test was pure spatial reasoning. no numericals n no verbal. just spatial reasoning. 45 mins. Goodluck guys.
