Oando, keeps advertising bt they dnt call 4 test or interview. Y? They should stop using our heads!

Apparently, the interviews held today. Only current Oando Engineer-Staff seeking change of department were shortlisted and interviewed. In a nutshell, it was an in-house recruitment. I got that from an inside source.

I can also confirm this, it was an in-house recruitment. A friend of mine who is a staff confirmed it.

am not suprised cos oando hardly invite 4 test. I don apply taya 4 oando no news at all. Weda oando or no WE go make am 4 dis naija.

Why on earth ll you pple continue to disturb ursef over a mirage, the more you look the less you see. Get this rit OandO is a family coy, you must be frm that family, speak their language, do like them, wear same color of cloth and be recommended from above before you can be consider, you waste good time crying over spilled milk called OandO. They only publish vacancies bcos companies are rated by how often they publish positions. Most advert you see in most companies are already occupied before the advert. But God ll definately see us thru bcos there are better companies out there just kkeep pushing you ll get there. Forget abt OandO its a ghost company. IfGodb4mi!!!
