Regional Sales and Acquisition Manager for Nigeria

Our client a multinational specializing in packaging and automated accessories is need qualified candidates for Regional Sales and Acquisition Manager.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• In close cooperation with our client base sales offices in all our clients Packaging Technology facilities in European, Asian and South American countries( base centers of competence) candidate will be responsible to make the client market and sales strategy work in Nigeria

• Support our existing customers with their needs for new packaging machinery and their service tasks for the existing machine platforms
• Source for new opportunities with new customers locally.
• The person will be responsible for customer’s targets with regard to technologies, developments and specific machine and system solutions.
• Constantly update our clients (base centers of competence) with information where it will be processed into solutions and proposals.
• The person will be our primary contact person for our Packaging applications in Nigeria.


REQUIREMENTS

• A good degree in Engineering or its equivalent in a reputable institution
• Preferred 3years of experience in the field of food processing and packaging industry.
• Minimum of 3-5 years Technical marketing/Sales Experience of Industrial equipment
• A good team player, but on the other hand is capable of operating on his/her own as the primary sales contact for our client.
• Ability to coordinate sales Engineers to meet targets
• Clear understanding of the economic situation and its characteristics in your sales area.
• Outstanding customer orientation, accompanied by high social competence, distinctive communication and negotiation skills.
• Good technical analysis and logical thinking, solution-orientated.
• Willingness to travel
