IDC facility Solution Architect(French Speaking)
Job description
The candidate should be willing to work with challenges and grow with Huawei together in the field of data center facilities. The following are the detailed responsibilities for this position:
1. DC facility Solution consulting: Customer requirement analysis, HLD solution design, communication with customer and their
technical Consultant.
2. DC facility project bidding: bid document analysis, local partner sourcing and negotiation, tender document preparation.
3. DC facility project implementation: detail design management, site implementation management, subcontractor management
Desired Skills and Experience
1. In-depth knowledge for Mechanical or electrical system or security system
2. In-depth knowledge of the facility systems involved in data center system such as power supply system, Low Voltage system,
HVAC system, fire suppression & detection system, etc.
3. Possess a strong awareness of current and emerging industry standards including TIA/EIA, BICSI, IEEE and NFPA as well as
vendors and technologies as they relate to the data center facilities.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD ,having ability of using Sketchup or 3DMAX is preferred.
5. Excellent verbal and writing skills both for French and English.
6. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in mechanical and electrical design, construction, acceptance of flow and standardization
fields, and undertake large-scale data center design preferred.
7. With Accredited Tier Specialist preferred
8. Bachelor Degrees minimum.
IT Solution Architect
Job description
1.Provides the data center consultation, evaluation, planning and design service for the global Carrier, communicates with IT Director
and CXO level customer , undertakes the data center solution pre-sale development;
2.Familiar with the Carrier business system,can combine the data center industry trends and consulting methodology, providing
consulting service for data center IT infrastructure evolution and provides recommendations for improvement of the customer’s IT
business
3.Data center IT To-be infrastructure total design (network, storage and server)
4.Summarizes the data center project experience, planning correspondence service business framework, leads the team to construct
professional service capability.
Desired Skills and Experience
1.10+ years experience in large scale data centers, familiar with the industry’s leading vendors Oracle / Cisco / EMC / HP / IBM /
Vmware / Citrix / Microsoft / etc data center solutions, proficient in at least two or more industry mainstream data center solutions;
2.With a large scale data center consulting experience, and experience with leading professional services team, can develop
services and solutions catalog.
3.Has the large-scale data center system analysis, design, evaluation and consultation capability, can according to the results
analysis, give the satisfied customer need the objective paradigm as well as the integration plan.
4.Has the IT data center professional service integration implementation (public cloud commercial program, Life Cycle
Management, server system integration, IT system application integration evaluation migration) experience.
5.Has the capability of consolidationIT infrastructure network, storage, server and application capability, has the large-scale Service
Data Center data relocation and application relocation experience

ITO Service Solution Manager
Job description
1. Take leading roll in ITO (IT outsourcing) sales & marketing projects in West Africa Region.
2. Dedicate in full cycle sales & marketing activities from ITO market analysis in WA local market, sales lead discovery and
development, customer engagement, ITO solution design to sales bid project support.
3. Assist/participate in ITO commission projects.
Desired Skills and Experience
1. Rich experience in ITO consulting, ITO solution design & sales, familiar with Enterprise Architecture/Business Architecture/IT
architecture/Data Center design & sales, or senior management roll in Data Center/ITO operations management.
2. Large scale ITO project sales experience or ITO delivery project experience. Preferablly with multi-national companies.
3. Strong background in IT Managed Service, Cloud Services consulting and solution design. Familiar with IT service model.
4. 5+ relevent work history. Customer interface experience is highly regarded.
5. Wtih as least 1 certificate as below is perferred,ITIL/TOGAF/CoBIT/CISA/CISSP/ISO20000 LA/ISO27001 LA/PMP;
6. Base location is in West Africa region.
7. University degree is mandatory. Good communication skill in English language.

Infra Program Manager
Job description
1. The Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing the setting up of the programme through to delivery of the new
capabilities and the realisation of benefits. This involves pro-active intervention and decision-making to ensure that the
programme stays on track. Also, the effective management of issues, conflicts priorities, resources and communications.
2. At project level, the Programme Manager ensures that all projects adopted by the programme (the project portfolio) are managed
in accordance with the governance arrangements.
3. As the programme is implemented, changes to policy, strategy, or infrastructure may have an impact right across the project
portfolio, or outside the programme. The Programme Manager is responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the
programme, and develops and maintains the programme environment to support each individual project within it via the
Programme Management Office (PMO).
4. Once projects become established, the role of the Programme Manager focuses on monitoring interdependencies between
projects and changes within the project portfolio. The day-to-day management and delivery of the projects will be carried out by
the designated project teams.
5. Throughout the programme, the Programme Manager provides the ongoing “health check” of the programme by reassessing
whether the projects continue to meet the programme’s objectives and continue to use available funds and resources efficiently.
Desired Skills and Experience
1. 8-12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure & security planning, design and implementation
2. Experience in designing the infrastructure for project based on application requirements by understanding the dimensioning
aspect.
3. Full lifecycle Programme Management, Program and schedule mgmt, Risk Issues Dependency mgmt, 3rd Party mgmt, Change
Management, Communication Mgmt, Release Management.
4. Full control of all work streams, Planning and designing the programme and managing its overall progress.
5. Ability to manage large complex program in multivendor environment.
6. Evidence of being able to turn a high level strategy into a set of deliverables and key tasks
7. Very good communication skills (oral/written), inter personal and customer interaction skills.
8. Excellent understanding of Telecom Business Processes (eTOM/SID), ITIL, IIBA certified.
9. Show flexibility and good attitude towards taking up challenging task and delivering it
10. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision and take ownerships with ability to drive new initiatives
