RECKITT BENKITZER called my referee, wat does that mean, pls help

Great pple of NHJ, i got a call from one of my referees that R&B called him to confirm if he knows me and in wat capacity?..I rememeber i did their management trainee test sometimes in june and since then i have not heard from them until my Referee told me they called him. Pls house i am confused. Wat could be happening?..are they recruiting?...pls help
