Does anyone have the faintest idea how i can go about this ptdf scholarship registration? I've been trying to purchase the scratch card online since there is no scratch card available for south-south zone (which i think is ridiculous and most annoying!) and have been unsuccessful

Candidly, i need assistance bcos i'm running out of patience - i keep getting different error messages like:
Transaction Failure

The message description for this response code is: [No Transaction Record].
I've tried the 'Verve' card and 'Interswitch' cards but don't seem to be gettin around this daunting task...

I've tried First bank, they said they've run out of scratch cards, even in Calabar branches... don't see why the organizers would make things so difficult!
go to Asaba Main branch and obtain urs. i bought mine today through somebody who resides in Asaba bcos Enugu and Port doesn't have any longer

why is the site showing me incorrect pin? i've been trying to login the scractch card since, i've had no luck.

I used a First Bank ATM card to buy the pin online and it gave me no wahala. Use the 'verve' option...
@6footplus, i knw 4 sure dat d pin is case sensitive, so make sure ur cap lock is in tune with wat u hav there. @ shiny i bought mind at uyo branch of 1st bank last wk, dnt knw if dey stil hv it. Ask some1 u trust 2get it, send it 2ru txt, whil u send money 2his acc.
