@windows7, Everyone has challenges at one point in time or the other. We just find a way to get thru it. When did u apply for ur CAS? n which school did u apply to? If the school is on the ptdf list of approved schools, what i found out today is that they should have a list of all the scholars with them n all u need do is send them the mail ptdf sent to you congratulating u on ur success n they will do the rest. It should take roughly 5-10 days after that. Same thing applies for accomodation. Good luck.
@WINDOWS7, just trust God completely in all of these "trials" n like fitzo said, we are more than conquerors thru Christ if we just believe n trust God.

Though d school is not on the list, but the course is linked to one of the approved courses. I am going to PTDF office in abuja on monday to get d letter. Further to the recent successful completion of the
2012-2013 PTDF scholarship scheme
with the selection of successful candidates ,
a 5-Day Scholars Induction Programme for Msc and a 3-day induction programme for PhD
has been scheduled as a pre -condition
to the execution of the scholarship awards.
Therefore ,all successful candidates are mandatorily invited to attend the induction programme as follows:

@aboyman, wake up 4rm ur coma. D 2012/2013 scholarship is over. The success4l scholars will b leaving 9ja latest by 1st week of sept. So just be preparing 4 2013/2014 batch.
I was at PTDF office dis morning. I was able get d Proof of Funding letter, addressd 2 my school, carrying my name, student id, and course of study. D letter was duly signd by head of training. I met a couple of scholars dia too with d same issue. So i advice all doz wit d issue of funding assurance n deposits b4 issuance of CAS to go 2 PTDF office in abj to get a proof of funding letter. I have maild mine 2 my school already. I hope 2 get my CAS b4 friday.

I went to Chinda International Hotels, Utako today to ask about our accommodation.
The reception said PTDF will handle all the costs. All we have to do is show up, starting from Sunday.

@sani4all, the induction events start on Monday. You can arrive on Sunday or Monday, as you wish.
The end date is "Friday 4th August" but Friday is 3rd not 4th. Can we all try to contact PTDF to confirm the end date. Flight bookings may be affected
its a five day programme so by friday we are out of there...4th is a mistake i guess....even PTDF Aint perfect..lols

I just arrived at my destination, thank God for journey mercies. I pray that God will grant everyone journey mercies back to their various destination, especially those that will be leaving abuja tommorrow.
Its so unfortunate that I could not make it to the UK border agency for biometrics becos of the late arrival of my CAS, but thank God my CAS came b4 d end of d induction. I was able to get my award letter, and I've submitted it. I hope my name will be on d next batch of guys that will be invited for biometrics at d border agency.
