It's advisable you apply as soon as it comes on stream this year. The truth is that OSS could be phased out in the nearest future.Currently, there are some PTDF scholars test-running that possibility in NIgeria; as professors all over the world are being flown into the country to take them on. As soon as Gulf of Guinea Institute is ready, that'd be it for OSS, 'cause it'd be an excellent world-class research centre in Africa for Africans. PTDF is liaising with AUST to make it happen real fast.

Please house, if you still want to see the world beyond Nigeria, then you have to perform very well in your test. It is true that some PTDF overseas scholars are in Nigeria, test-running the gradual phase out of the overseas scheme.
