Hey! @ all: relax n hold on. This is not job recruitment o. cinfores site is not a scam but just hold on. Ptdf scratch cards are usually made available in all states- ministry of edu, scholarship board office. Wait for d announcement. When it's out, u'll know. Just take it easy n relax so u don't make mistakes.
The truth is that this card thing is not ready. We should focus more on our studies for the exam. So that It wouldn't then be a case of crying foul play, and accusing PTDF when the result is out.

For all those interested in taking The PTDF OSS. It requires seriousness and dedication. You have to be well prepared. The exam is now computer based.
As a friend once said it is a scopeless exam.
You may wish to contact me for comprehensive PTDF e book on computer and environmental only. Those are materials available now. They provide a guide to those preparing in those disciplines and they answer some of the ptdf past and likely questions.
