please i want to know if there are any criterial that must be met before even attempting to collect the form or scratch card.........i wan kno ooooooooooo

Dont mind the so called leaders, I think and know that you and me are brothers and sisters to them, by the time we become the leaders their own children won t even have the chance to pay for the kindergatin fees.
Now that they have decided to bill us for what they got for free. just pay or call me to join hands and stop these mess.

Please who has gotten the Scratch card? Which of the First Bank branches or Skye Bank can one get it at Lagos and Delta State as i am finding it difficult getting one. All their branches visited including their Head Offices at Marina, Lagos said they don't have for now.
God dey sha as I believe some people are hoarding it.

Good day House....I just called a friend in Abuja to visit the PTDF office there and find out what is going on...the cost of the card and the places to visit for the card....actually he's on his way now....i'll call him back in the next 1hr...and get back to the house.

Everyone should try and relax. . . una blood too dey hott!. . Even though the info on their site says it's out, the scratch cards have not been OFFICIALLY distributed (so says the banks). No bank is trying to hoard anything. . .at least, not yet. Let's wait until PTDF officially opens the application process by advertising on the dailies.

From their site, the closing date for applications is 8th January 2010.

Yesterday i called a friend who resides in ABJ and begged him to visit the PTDF office and find out some info concerning the scratch card...He called this morning and said that the PTDF office has given directive to the banks (first bank and skye bank) to sell the cards....that maybe the banks will start selling ASAP.....it will be sold for #1000.

hi fellas. the ptdf oss was advertised in today's guardian newspaper 08-12-2009. sales of scratchcard is at first bank main branches all over nigeria at the rate of N1000.
entry closes jan 8,2010.

PLEASE HAS ANY ONE GOTTEN THE PTDF SCRATCH CARD IN PORT-HARCOURT OR ANY WHERE IN THE WORLD?
PLS GIVE US INFO ON WHERE TO GET IT OHHH, CLOSING DATE IS 8TH JAN 2010.
