@all, you don't need to worry yourself much. Once the form is out, it will be advertised on Yar'adua TV (NTA). You will be told from which banks to obtain the scratch cards from. There is nothing fishy about it at all. All the best guys.

I was told the same thing by a staff too. B Monday next wk it will be available. Just get the Scratch card at First Bank.
