@Nnamere, PTDF always have lots of applications. If you use baptism card in place of birth cert/age declaration requested for, you would have just given them a reason to throw away your application.
Birth cert/age declaration is not difficult to get. Enter any court/hospital and get it even if you will pay for it. You will definitely need it for other applications.

These cards seems to be hoarded or something funny is happening. I went to first bank hq Abuja before xmas and they said they dont have it yet. I now went today which is the 1st working day of the year and they said it has finished. I've tried ATM online purchase but it's not successful. Anyone with how to get it should Pls inform us. I dont mind paying for the services. House Pls anyone?

chuma be patient,it has not come to this.since you r in lagos,i would advice you to go to marina 2morow with that extra 500naira of yours,comb that marina road from start 2 finish,i promise you,you would get the card.

I was able to get mine ytday at first bank in benin after so much stress.... but there were guys waiting for it. If u are in benin you can check 1st bank ring road to check if they still have it.

go to apply and click on masters or phd and u will be direstec to a page where u will enter your pin and start ur application.4get about username and pxword for now.

I think most of this bank is hoarding the PTDF scratch card, because I was in marina at First Bank and Skye Bank this morning Friday 7/1/2011. But they told me the card has finished whereas there is public holiday and bank resume on Tuesday 4/1/2011 and on friday 31/12/2010 they told me at marina first bank that they have alot of the card but they are closing for that day that I should come bank when they resume after new year. Then when did they now sell all the card. NA YOU SABI ooooooo.

Guys pls,i uploaded my doc,but after saying upload successful,i saw the uploads beneath the page,but on closing the page and reopening it,I didnt see those uploads beneath it again,the pages were blank,pls i just dont no if i should redo it,or if its ok,please i need someone to reply plz
After uploading my passport in PDF format in d first step of the application, I was asked to comfirm my passport in d 2nd step, but d 2nd step wasn't displaying my passport even d 3rd step wasn't showing d passport @ the top left corner meant for passport. Pls guys, is this how it was 4 everyone or something could have gone wrong?
