as for your problem, i rily dunno, but can u take time to confirm that all the files are in pdf format, particularly the pictures? I went through that stage without a problem, so I hope U do too.

thanks bro for taking out time to drop a comment. My documents are all in PDF, I had to double check but still the problem persists. Any other help from our forumites would be greatly appreciated
