Project Manager (Drawing Office)

Project Manager (DRAWING OFFICE): The client is in the Building/Construction industry. Candidates from this background will be preferred.


QUALIFICATION/JOB REQUIREMENTS
§ HND or B.Sc (Mechanical Engineering).
§ Minimum of seven (7) years cognate experience.

§ Good communications skills with consultants, clients and main contractors.
§ Understanding of engineering standard code and regulations.
§ Good computer skills, proficient in MS office suite and CAD Systems.
Experience in working with drawings, good knowledge of reading drawings, understanding the design and extracting quantities.

§ Good knowledge of plumbing, fire fighting and A/C Systems.
§ Engineering/Construction Industry Experience.
§ A good manager and team leader. Well organized, willing to work and capable of working independently.
