• Sourcing for New Product Development.
• Source selection, price negotiation, system set up for new parts.
• Support part qualification for new and existing parts as needed.
• Working with cross functional teams to support product development needs.
• Evaluation of part design for method of manufacture and value add opportunities.
• Support Operations in Manufacturing preparation with relation to new purchased parts.

Requirements

• Degree qualified (e.g BSc. Electrical Engineer) is an advantage.
• 5-7 years prior Purchasing experience.
• Experience in product development process.
• Operations/Production experience a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP a big plus.
• Higher degree in a related field (MBA, supply chain management) is an advantage.
