Pls I Need Urgent Advise

I got this job offer 4rm a consulting firm as a Civil Engineer in January for N180,000/month. I have worked 4 a month now without an appointment letter. My employer just laid me down this morning with d excuss that d contractor has not mobilized to site(a big lie because I have been 2 d site twice). He want me out because he has seen another engineer that is willing 2 accept less.
I resigned 4rm my previous job of N175,000 for this.
Now I want 2 pay him back with his own coin. All d furniture,TV sets and other properties worth 2million in d office were bought in my name. I have photocopies of d receipts. I want 2 claim every single item.
How do I proceed? I really need ur advise naijahotjobbers.
