1. Job Ref: 2013- Architect/Interior Designer

Experienced Construction Architects Requirements B.Arch, or M.Sc Arch, or equivalent with 5 years post graduation design and site experience
Qualifications:

• Must have worked with reputable consultancy firms.
• Must have excellent design and communication skills.
• Must have solid skills in AutoCAD, Adobe, Revit, 3D Max, V-ray, illustrator and sketch-up essential, free-hand sketching an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of products and finishes.

1. Job Title: 2013- Arch Training

Trainee Construction Architects Requirements B.Arch, or M.Sc. degree in Architecture. No previous experience is required.

1. Job Ref: 2013- Building Engineers / Technologists
   
   
   Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Engineer: Possessing a minimum of B.Tech. Or HND (2nd Class/Upper Credit) in Building Technology.
• Must be registered with COREN, NSE or any other recognize relevant professional body.

Competence & Experience:

• Demonstrate technical expertise by providing a detailed record of studies, designs and supervision of works carried out under his/her supervision in Organizations with the competence to provide such training.
• Demonstrate ability that he/she has been able to lead a project team of reasonable size for not less than 5 years after initial registration with COREN, NSE or other recognized relevant professional bodies. .
• Must be ready to work long hours and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.

Experienced Quantity Surveyor Requirements B.Sc (2nd Class Upper Division) or HND (Upper Credit) in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.
Job Ref: 2013- LAND SURVEYORS
Experienced Land Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.
Responsibilities:
Shall carryout all survey activities including mapping, identification of project site and boundaries and confirmation of setting out.

Qualifications:

• Possessing a minimum of B.sc Or HND (2nd Class/Upper Credit) in Land survey.
• Must possessed good interpersonal skills.
• Must have solid skills in AutoCAD and Adobe.

Job Ref: 2013- Electrical Engineers
Experienced electrical engineer with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.
Responsibilities:
Shall carryout all electrical designs and supervised projects involving residential, commercial and infrastructural layout.

Qualifications:

• Possessing a minimum of B.sc Or HND (2nd Class/Upper Credit) in Electrical.
• Must possessed good interpersonal skills.
• Must have solid skills in AutoCAD and Adobe.

Job Ref: 2013- Mechanical Engineers
Experienced mechanical engineer with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.
Responsibilities:
Shall carryout all Mechanical designs and supervised projects involving residential, commercial and infrastructural layout.

Qualifications:

• Possessing a minimum of B.sc Or HND (2nd Class/Upper Credit) in mechanical engineering or it equivalent.
• Must possessed good interpersonal skills.
• Must have solid skills in AutoCAD and Adobe.
