Qualifications:

  • Must have excellent design and communication skills.
  • Must have solid skills in AutoCAD, Adobe, Revit, 3D Max, V-ray, illustrator and sketch-up essential, free-hand sketching an advantage.

Trainee Construction Architects Requirements B.Arch, or M.Sc. degree in Architecture. No previous experience is required.

  • Must be a Registered Engineer: Possessing a minimum of B.Tech. Or HND (2nd Class/Upper Credit) in Building Technology.

Competence & Experience:


  • Demonstrate technical expertise by providing a detailed record of studies, designs and supervision of works carried out under his/her supervision in Organizations with the competence to provide such training.
  • Demonstrate ability that he/she has been able to lead a project team of reasonable size for not less than 5 years after initial registration with COREN, NSE or other recognized relevant professional bodies. .
  • Must be ready to work long hours and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:
Shall carryout all survey activities including mapping, identification of project site and boundaries and confirmation of setting out.

  • Possessing a minimum of B.sc Or HND (2nd Class/Upper Credit) in Land survey.
  • Must possessed good interpersonal skills.
  • Must have solid skills in AutoCAD and Adobe.

Responsibilities:
Shall carryout all electrical designs and supervised projects involving residential, commercial and infrastructural layout.
