I am very interested too, i reside in Ph, pls let us know when the form is out may be then, there will be a centre for Ph candidates.
I do not think I would be in position to know when the forms eventually comes out. Also the facilities they have in prototype to teach students are quite expensive and could be difficult to have in place for those willin in port harcourt.So lagos is the only place for now.
