Operations readiness suprintendent

Should have a B.Sc/HND or equiv. in Engineering with at least 10 - 15 years experience in oil
& gas operations, out of which 8 yrs has been spent in E&P production & maintenance field
operations.
Experience in the HSE function, managing HSE in the line and full familiarity with SIEP's HSE
policies, standards and procedures, in particular EP 95000. Experience in the preparation and
implementation of HSE Management Systems and HSE cases. Good analytical and
communication skills. Self-starting ability, driven to succeed, and a proven achiever.
Proven ability to deliver in a challenging environment. A strong team player with Excellent
Production Operations background in Leadership positions.
