Nigerian oil and gas industry has the following vacancies in their Lagos Head

Office.


1.) Managing Director/CEO


Job Description:

The ideal candidate must have an extensive year of experience in the

downstream oil and gas market.

He/She must possess all the necessary skills to hand)e all aspects of the

operation of the Company such as retail management, logistic & transport

importation and shipping, products marketing e.t.c.

The candidate must also have administrative and managerial capability to be

able to provide overall strategic leadership, direction and guidance for the

Company’s operation.


Qualifications & Experience:

B.Sc in any field of Social Sciences or Management with a minimum of Second

class upper.

MB.A or M. Sc in Business Management is a must.

Minimum of 10-15 years relevant experience with last 5 years spent at senior

management position.


2.) Head Corporate Marketing and Strategy


Job Description:

Co-ordinate and manage all sales and marketing activities.

Gathering customer and market information.

Sells products y establishing contacts and developing relationship with

prospects.

Develop strategic business plan.

Conduct extensive market research etc.


Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of B.sc, (second class upper) or HND (Upper Credit) in Business

Administration, Economics or any other Social Sciences.

Professional qualification in Marketing.

Minimum of 6 years industry working experience and

Must be functioning at managerial or management level.

MBA will be an added advantage.

Applicants should not be more than 45 years in age.

Ensure 85% Company’s market share, brand recognition, visibility and

acceptability.


3.) Bulk/Depot Operations Sales Manager.


Job Description:

Ensure prompt, adequate and correct loading of company and Clients trucks for

petroleum products at designated depots. .

Maintain and ensure up-to-date business relationship with depots bulk buyers

and users.

Co-ordinate day to day marketing and sales activities with the depot

marketer/representatives Ensure that depot representatives comply with depot

safety rules and regulations on loading of petroleum products.

Maintain up-to-date records and data of bulk buyers/users on the system for

future review.


Qualifications & Experience:

Same as 3 above


4.) Regional Manager (Retail Sales) - South South/South East.


Job Description:

Co-ordinate retail sales operations within the regions

Oversee adequate and smooth operations of the retail outlets.

Ensure proper and adequate utilization of both material and human resources in

achieving organizational goals.

Ensure up to date documentation and processing of PEF claims.

Maintain good relationships with relevant regulatory bodies and Unions such as

DPR, Weight & Measure, PTD, IPMAN etc.

Ensure adequate supervision of products deliveries to retail outlets.

Resolve discrepancies m form of shortages, over- dispensing or

under-dispensing in operations and products deliveries.


Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of B.sc, (second class lower) or HND in Business Administration,

Economics or any other Social Sciences.

Professional qualification in Marketing.

Minimum of 3-4 years industry working experience and must be functioning at

managerial level.

MBA will be an added advantage. Transport/Logistics Officer.(2 position: Lagos

& Eastern Area)


5.) Transport/Logistics Officer. (2 position: Lagos & Eastern Area)


Job Description:

Ensure timely trucks maintenance and zero downtime.

Co-ordinate workshop technicians to meet set target.

Monitor drivers from point of loading (POL) to point of delivery (POD) by

practicing good journey Management.

Ensure up to date knowledge of spare parts (Especially Mack, Man Diesel,

Mercedes truck parts).

Carryout pre/post trip truck inspections.

Promote safety of equipments and personnel by ensuring that trucks meet

recommended safety standard for articulated vehicles.


Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering, Transport Technology,

Automobile Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.

3-4 years working experience in an Oil & Gas Haulage/Transport firm or

Industry.

Technical/Professional trainings and Certifications is an added advantage.


6.) Admin./Human Resource Officer.(2 position: Lagos & Eastern Area)


Job Description:

Assist Admin/HR. Manager on

Personnel/Administrative matters.

Prepare staff monthly payroll & tax deductions.

Handle issues on staff welfare.

Co-ordinate pool drivers’ movement register and fueling.

Assist in recruitment and selection process.

Handles monthly empl9yeepenslon remittance and report such to the Admin/HR

Manager.


Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of B.Sc (Second Class Upper) or HND

(Upper Credit) in Management or Social Science Courses.

Professional Membership such as CIPM or CIA.

3-4 Working experience in any downstream Oil & Gas firm or Industry.

Knowledge of any payroll software is also desirable.


7.) Financial Controller


Job descriptions:

To co-ordinate and manage finance Department activities. Produce timely

financial reports for management decision making. Develop strategies to

collate stations/(Branches) financial reports. Carry other functions within

the department.


Qualifications and Experience

HND or BSc (Accounts) ACA (ICAN) with 10 years experience in Oil & Gas

Company. MBA is added advantage.


8.) Internal Auditor

To review the Company activities from time to time.

To ensure custody of the company assets and liabilities.

Qualifications:

Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering, Transport Technology,

Automobile Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.

5years experience. MBA is added advantage.
