I got got a text from Oando this afternoon telling me to reply the mail that was sent to my box. Lo and behold I checked and found that indeed a mail was sent yesterday.
The problem is, nobody has said something about it here on naijahotjobs. Am I d only one who got the text and mail? Is it a scam?
The mail:

Which mail did u reply with? The one they sent it with or d one starting with [email protected]?

I got thee text, and checked my mail but there was no message from them
tis no spam...u mail them wit d e-mail address that they incledud in the mail
If u checked ur mail and it was there, search for oando in ur inbox and also check ur spam mail folder.

Dont't know much about this oando thingy but you guys better be careful sha. I believe anything authentic from any company will be from their company email address. Why would oando use gmail? It doesn't seem right. By the way, didn't they ask for all your info when u applied? I'm suspecting a scam here.Quote:

I got my mail also but no text message. the oando thingy is as real as fresh air. this is the same modality with what obtains in the last recruitment exercise. i was part of the last exercise and i couldnt scale through the lucky dip and presentation stage. goodluck to you hmmhmm, goodluck to me ehhhehen, goodluck to everybody, goodluck nigeria

It smacks of scam in my honest opinion. B careful y'all!
got the sms on wednesday, still waiting for the mail.
For those thinking this is scam, fear not. This was the same method they used last year coz I was part of that. Just reply the mail as soon as you can. They will send u a link for test if you are shortlisted.
I got the sms informin me of the mail. however on checkin my mailbox, no such mail existed. Please house, what's the way forward?
its not a scam, its real..ASAP means AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! fill and send the details with attachments to the email written in the body of the mesage, and not the email that was used to send the details..goodluck jonathan!
