You must know that employers can freely dictate whatever they want and get it any time..That is what happens when supply of quality manpower exceeds demand. It happens everywhere, even in the UK. Nonetheless, you are very much entitled to your truthful opinion that grades do not count. Unfortunately, top companies do not see things from your perspective. If only you knew many people that studied hard and made learning their priority, but sadly had nothing to show for it..Your ideas may sell in the West, but this is Nigeria where it is (wrongly) assumed that 'excellent grades if and only if studied hard'..
By the way, the requirements may sound 'ridiculous' to you, but thousands of Nigerian graduates meet them fully..Again, the problem of too many qualified people....

i got an email from fja asking for my degree certificates, wace certificate and birth certificate. pls did any body get the same.

yep, we got that one, and we 'v sent it to them. But some of us have not gotten the mail telling us that we' v been shortlisted for an shl test. Guess we v just got to be patient!

I also got a mail that i have been shortlisted for d test, does any one have any useful tips that would help in writing the numerical as i have heard that it is harder than the practice test sample on the shl site?????

ninialways, just go online (google) and search for "free shl numerical and verbal reasoning practice tests"...u'll see diff. links...just try as many free tests as possible 2 prepare urself...some sites would give u solution to the questions
