You can impress the interview panel with the new one, just to prove you have prospects in developing yourself, and of course they would ask you what you have been doing since applying to the test.
Some students had already had their Msc upon the interview, but they were told it was nice and that it would be used for future promotion exercise and their employee records would be updated, but the job recruitment would be based on the degree which was submitted during application.
So go with copies of both, if they want the old you give them the old, and while you still can talk about your merits in the new when asked about it.
