    @EVERYBODY
    Please, I need the advice of forumites one issue.I had started working in a food and beverage multinational coy with OND before my service year.I actually influenced my posting to the town where I am working so that I could combine work and the NYSC scheme together.Resignation was not my option for the service year then because the the multinational is reaaly trying in terms of pay(ond holders collect a basic above 90k) and other welfare packages.Hence, the decision for my action.
    Now,the NNPC interview is here: I have to write my work experience stating the date I started,and doing this will reflect the fact that I was working while the service year was still on course.For you guys to have a better understanding of what I'm trying to say,observe these dates;

    WORK EXPERIENCE

    XXXXXXX NIG PLC 1993-TILL DATE

    NYSC ASSIGNMENT 1994-1995

    The above date is just an illustration.Please,forumites,advise me on what to do because Fed Govt establishment may not take it easy with such an act and the may describe me as an example of a "ghost corper" and unpatriotic Nigerian.

    its an interview.
    if it is observed as an anomally, they would ask you.
    if you applied as a GT, it is completely unnecesary.
    however,as an experienced hire,you need to put it down.
    this is because, vetting will take place there after, and they would get to know.
    me thinks,it even portrays you as a very diligent and resourceful person.
    stay true to the cross....it pays
    put my name on this one,quoate me

    define truth, then define a lie....
    once you start using your common sense,
    you have lost your integrity,
    and integrity is a main criteria.
    remember, your resume would be vetted by the SSS,
    so,they would later find out.
    be truthful, be God

    Jesus Army, thanks a lot for your advice.I applied for the position of Trainee Technologist and my colleagues in my place of work are actually pressing it on me to ensure that the roles I am playing reflect in my CV because it could give me an edge.They also advised that I should post- date my work experience to avoid any form of question relating to that.This is what they suggest that I should do;

    WORK EXPERIENCE

    XXXXX NIG PLC JUNE 1995 TILL DATE

    NYSC Assignment APRIL 1994-MAY 1995

    The dates again is just an illustration.What do you guys think of this?
