With reference to your application for employment with NSML as a Trainee Electrical Officer, we are pleased to inform you that you have been shortlisted for a written test to take place in Lagos, Nigeria on xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

We will get back to you shortly with details of Venue but this serves as a Pre-Alert to Plan.

You will be required to bring with you the following:

1. This letter of invitation
2. A recent passport size photograph (full face and without glasses)
3. Means of Identification.
4. Copy of your Curriculum Vitae

Please be advised that you will not be allowed to take the test without the above-mentioned documents.

Traveling expenses for this test will be at the expense of each candidate.

Yeah I got mine too this morning I can see they've refused to changed the venue,it was that same venue used in the year 2009 for the same position I wish you guys success we will all get there by God's grace.Peace!!!!!!!!

@toksypappy, can u pls give us the format for the test. is it purely SHL or we shud expect technical questions too alongside wt SHL

Guys who have done this test before? What is your answer to this question: HAVE YOU WRITTEN NLNG TEST BEFORE?

Guys you don't have to panic I've said this times without number this test of a thing is all about speed and accuracy they are cheap questions but it requires your speed and accuracy I've written this test two good times(year 2009 trainee operator and electrical trainee officer)these are questions JSS 2 student can write believe me guys but one thing is that if you're the sluggish type and the type who can't think very fast you can pass this test and if you're going to pass,it will only take the grace of God cos there's nothing he can't do.Please guys relax I'm telling you don't start to disturb yourself by reading Gmat cos the test is just common sense.You will all see and we shall all get there by God's grace.If there's any information you may want to know pls don't hesitate to ask me.cheers

I sat for 2009 Mech. Tech. test, and it's purely SHL. it is basically simple arithematic, verbal reasoning, spatial oreintation, mechanical reasoning and error correction tests. it requires speed and accuracy,although the questions are not tough, but you should be smart and accurate.

Can someone please give me a description of how to get to the venue (Oriental Hotel) from Berger or Oshodi using public transport? Thanks.

@kessy I passed the test but i didn't make it to the final stage which was the medical test after passing the test you will be called for interview and after the interview you will be called for medicals.That's another stage to disqualify candidates ooo@sirkay from oshodi get a bus going to cms,from cms(where the lag buses are or stops after the pedestrian bridge) then get a bus going to lekki then the driver you're going to Lagos oriental hotel,i think that will help.cheers

there's no negative marking just make sure you answer as much as possible

Anybody whose test time is 12:00PM on Tuesday 9th August? I've been seeing 8:00AM as the test time on the invitation of all my friends who will be taking the test on 9th August.

Funny, i didn't go for the test. Patiently waiting for maintenance technician trainee position. The application closes 18th of the month. Apply while it last. The job reference code still remain PE/2011/001

Guys you re not saying anything again how was the test please don't be discouraged cos I knew how the test was going to be just let's look up to God the author and the finisher of our faith we will all scale through.Amen

@all ,lets share experiences on the test,as for me i think the test is all about SPEED and ACCURACY,bcos d time allocated for each test is extremely short,i did my test on 9 august and now my hope is built on nothing less,than jesus,and i believe strongly he will do it for me,anybody in d same page with me?it is well

@tunwunmi, I got a call yesterday confirming some information thereafter he asked me to forward my CERT only.

@towunmi and bidey are you guys still serving cos I didn't receive any mail like that oo when did you guys write your own test was it on the 10th of August?
