There is nothing like aptitude test b4 shortlisting. They will only invite 15 people 4rm each state that wil come 4 d interview. All other processes then follows...

If u dont have any top man in the military or paramilitary, dont bother about being shortlisted. The criteria for shortlisting is who do u know
