A real estate firm located in Lagos requires the service of qualified and competent individuals to fill this vacancy:
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the expenses per market and provide feedback.
- Sales executive is responsible for the sales representatives and is expected to be in touch with them regularly
- Distribution expansion plan should be done by sales executive at the beginning of the month in consultation with Area Sales Manager/HOD
- Sales executive should carry out market price survey with the sales representatives and advice the HOD on the price changes.
- The Sales executive should monitor the teams target for the day, week and month.
- He should also compare both previous market trend and current and proffer solutions to increase productivity
- Sales executive is responsible for monitoring and assisting the sales representatives in getting the visibility of the brand and products in the market.
- The Sales executive needs to provide feedback to the HOD on additional actions/ideas to be taken to increase the visibility of the products.
- Sales executive must manage relationships with retailers effectively and increase the sales volume of each retailer as per company norms.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- OND in any related social science discipline
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills
- Customer service orientation
- Time management
- Good communication skills and should be computer literate
