Its 4 only doz in oil producing communities. I jst registerd in d career portal last year and even 4got abt it only 4 mi 2 get an sms dis year january. It ws afta getn d sms d@ I put up dis topic 2 kno if any1 else got same sms.
I registerd my details on d main site (www.ncdmb.com) but wen I told sum1 afta I got d sms d persn told mi dey askd 4 uploaded certificates. Wen I did mine I dint upload anytin. So I chekd out d site again n discoverd d@ u'l b transferd to anoda site wen u wnt 2 register ur details (www.nogicjqs.com). Sims dey created anoda portal 4 it.
