A new thread for NNPC Hopefuls

Thanks JA for your post, at least it corroborates my standpoint on this issue. I just realised people in this forum desire to hear only the news that will make them happy, and not the current situation on ground! anybody that has followed my posts would know that I don't just write for the sake of writing. A lot have made mention of getting their info from RELIABLE sources....... Guys, it's not that easy to get authentic info from the Towers. Most of the big wig there are hoarding infos regarding the current recruitment exercse {I don't know what they are afraid of...}. It therefore hurts, when you labour to get info and share with fellow hopefuls, only to be castigated by some that don't know what it takes to have access to the Towers. The difference b/w getting info from a Security Personnel or Receptionist within the Towers, and getting info from an HR staff in charge of the Training Programme for the propective 2011 Graduate Trainees is 7 UP!!!!

This is the time for all of us to pray to God..... for the battle that lies ahead is not of "flesh & blood".
I'll be the happiest person if our Appointment Letters are dispatch today or within the week....as I'm really tired of my present job. I've been in the Banking Sector for over 12 years {Yes, twelve years}; and the merger/acquisition involing my organisation with another....... I've made me to be checking my mails everyday hoping to get my NNPC Letter. Everyday, I feel reluctant to write my Call Plans/Memos; I don't feel like visiting my existing customers any more, not to talk of prospecting for new customers.
I know most of the forumites are in my shoes presently..... Brethren, with the current situation on ground...... please let's still hold on to our present jobs, while believing that the God that has taken us this far in this recruitmen process, will not abandon us now!!!

animontee, i feel you . i clocked 11 years in banking industry on 4/09/2011. most of my friends have relocated. all my attempt at relocating did not yield any positive fruit. now i see an opportunity to leave the industry,it is being frustrated. I am so choked up with my present job especially after being acquired by a bank i would not have applied to in my wildest dream.

i also have exams early december which i said i would start reading for immediately i receive my employment letter because i will resign immediately, now time is choking up on me as well. This people should release the list so that we can move on with our lives. enough is enough.

I am new to nhj and this is my first post. I must commend every1 who has shared information right from the start of the interviews till this stage. I have benefitted so much from following this thread (although some give false info and others give u high blood pressure). I just pray that we succeed in this course and meet as colleagues.

Thank God i'm not d only one dt ds NNPC waiting hs affected my present work. Each day at work appears to be d last day. But I don't thk it should be so. Some of my sharp guys Hv started noticing my sudden change. I need a good advice. Though on my own i'm trying not 2 allow NNPC in anticipatn 2 affect my present job dt sustains me in everything.i don't thk Those God uses us 2 touch their lives wil 4give us if one is short of d required behaviour at work.
