i always think dat d credibility of dis recruitment exercise is low,but d info i got just now from a genuine sources has it dat d whole proces is handled by PCL,and dat they are set to protect their image.i cant give much details,but those that have depended on politicians shuld be ready for the greatest shock of their lives!!! i am so sure of the source that gave dis info.also,d fact dat letas are ready is confirmed.

It's offer letter first, then, medical check up. This is to enable them make a decision on where suitable to post you based on your medical condition and history, unless you have a contagious disease, your medical status will not work against you pls. I am sure of what i am saying, during the service year i experienced the same case with exxonMobil. Some of my colleagues had serious health problem but that did not stop them from serving with the company. In fact, it is even for one's own good for your employer to know your medical status in case of any emergency during working hours, but not for employment purposes pls.
