So if a state has no suitably qualified person for a position, they should select a meruwa from that state? Your analysis is indeeed logical!
If you want to talk about justice, there's a lot to talk about. And I think we can start with the ownership of oil blocks.

But by the time the remaining candidates are called, in fact NNPC HR may want to publish it dailies but we're not even concerning with that until 2nd batch is released.

You are not suitably qualified to state who is qualified & who isn't except, of course you, have the actual details of the interview statistics & result on a per-state basis. How on earth can you categorically state that none of either Kano, Kaduna or Sokoto states have a qualified candidate to fill any slot for any of the advertised EH cadre. Maybe you might have been correct if it was still in the 60s but that opinion is absurd in view of present realities.

I did not speak with certainty. That's why I used the word "if". Read my post again.
Re: A new thread for NNPC Hopefuls
No argument at all, No argument at all, there is no way EH would not be from any state, it was NNPC that did that way, it would have released everything together rather than batches. I tell you those aggrieved states will have thier people in the 2nd release, u will SEE.

Re: A new thread for NNPC Hopefuls
Even if those states did not have qualified people 4 technical positions, so they would not have for non-technical positions, I think some people just focus one direction, no rethinking. It's not possible @all that a state wouldn't have 1EH no matter the case. They will come out with the next batch, though it might be much as other regions. Please and Please, no argument here @ll.

In that case, it is irrational to hold brief for the NNPC with unrealistic assumptions or permutations.

The only problem I have with this post is that it is not based on verifiable facts & can therefore not be the truth.
