I just got my letter today! there was a mix up in the address and my letter was sent to another state! i am to resume on the 6th of August

Hello friend, I advise you stop fretting over the number of successful candidates from your state.
The exercise from many indication seems to be almost complete, other batches may consist of people who will replace those who get the job and do not honour it. You probably should strive to make this list.

i had to go to the Towers to get it! filled and submitted acceptance immediately! (20th Friday July is the deadline for submitting the acceptance form)

Your reporting at the date stated is more important than submitting acceptance.
I kept quiet on this because fear of loosing the offer won't allow guys believe me.
