I believe most of the names would have been on merit. I have no family memeber in NNPC, neither do i know or have any of my family member in Govt.

Can't NNPC send mail to successful candidates? If they can send mail to all ppl that did interview though philipconsulting.? courier couldn't be faster than mail..
