Re: A new thread for NNPC Hopefuls
The journey has not been easy. Not many people thought of the reality faced in this NNPC recruitment before now. Anything is just possible in a society where ppl don't want to take risk. If we seat down under this delay, the process could be cancelled. And I tell u, the chances are getting slimmer. Is a good news that MR president was quoted saying that "Revolution Looms In Nigeria if there are no jobs''. This is an opportunity to fast track our letters of offer. We must go a step forward to let some of the authorities know about this. I tell us, our problems would be gone. And those standing against it will give way. It is more risky not taken risk. This house and many more like it are the brains of tomorrow of this nation. God, u are the author and finisher of everythg, Bless my country Nigeria and come to our aids.

yl i dont out rightly advocate 4a revolution, i still think in likewise that we should make hay yl d sun shines. it isnt sufficient 4us 2just stay here, fold our hands & continue 2make speculations... it is not such a bad idea if we organize ourselves & pay a courtesy call 2d minister, NASS or whoever dat matters. we just have 2speak out b4 it is 2u l8. what do u think guys?

Brethren, I comewith a call for us to be united and consistently prevail on heaven to intervenein the matters concerning this recruitment exercise. This has nothing to dowith whether you were invited to the interview or not, like myself, but thatexercises like this cannot always be pushed under the carpet, due to somevested interest. The only consistent interest should be the people’s interest.
Although,all seems being set for the call for training, just like the 2008 edition,there are signs that came up in 2008, that are rearing their satanic headsagain. I don’t want to go into details, but certain elements are not happy withthe process and are bent on bringing it down, by all means. The thing isheavily political. The enemies of the minister see the recruitment as her baby,and are bent on truncating it. Politicians fight dirty, and they fight everythingassociated with you.
Last week Sunday,at the Catholic Church in Wuse district, some youths met with Austin concerningthe process, after the service. He told them it was beyond what he could explainthat it was presently political. He made it sound as if, he had no input in theprocess. And if you see the way he sat with the minister during the senatehearing on the fuel subsidy, he was looking more or less like her house boy. Itis untrue to say that everyone likes the minister; she has definitely made someenemies for herself, since her tenure as works minister.
I stillbelieve in the God of the helpless. I believe that as usual, when we call Hehears………lets call Him NOW……….
If thisprocess is further politically delayed, it would be cancelled. The talk oftransport fare refund, at this time is simply childish. Let’s face the fundamentals’
It is obvious that the ones elected to go and present the interest of the masses are doing the opposite; presenting their own interest. I will suggest that a title such " NNPC AND UNEMPLOYMENT IN NIGERIA" to be published in one or two of our daily news papers. We will then make reference to the recruitment that was abysimally cancelled in 2008. I think this will call the attention of Mr President. We need to do this urgently. There is nothing God cannot do but we need to take some initiatives. I have not excluded the use of spiritual warfare. Shalom!

@Fidelism/Bemoan
Stop throwing your weight around abeg joor mscheeeew. Give us the details of the officers in Phillips consulting and NNPC that are in charge of this recruitment exercise so that we can ask them for our letters otherwise hold your peace if you don't have access to this information. That is the information that is important to this forum and not the details of Yusuff Waziri. We only need his details after we resume at NNPC.

Re: A new thread for NNPC Hopefuls
Who works in a media house should just give hint so that the option can be weighed? Possibly find a way of informing an authoritative third party. This will solve our problem. Our destiny is in our hands and Age is not on ones side. God bless Nigeria.

@ JA and UD, ur ideas are good ones. House, let us all intensify prayers towards this nnpc issue and as we pray, let us see how we can reach out people who can be of help towards ensuring that our letters are released. Let us all rise up and say no to oppression bcos i see this as a way of depriving the poor the right that belongs to them. Pple to reach out to shld include alison, NASS, GMD and even mr president if possible. Fellow forumites, let us act and pray. One love.

Re: A new thread for NNPC Hopefuls
The so-called board meeting was held yesterday and it was inconclusive as the problem seems to be with EH and OP who did not perform as expected.The performance of the GTs seems to be satisfactory.
Well,you can all ignore this as call it the ramblings of a newbie who is seeking attention.
