And for our offer letter, dia is no news untill after the slated Meeting in Dec. A date hasn't been fixed yet.

Can we stop d debate on pib or private refinery or any other trivial matters and 4cos solely on d real issue. Are we not tired of getting news of nigeria's current affairs instead of nnpc's? Where are d letters? When are we getting them?
NNPC! I beg you, answer my people in a favourable manner. My people are tired of waiting, please clear the anxiety. God will bless NNPC and Nigeria by and large.
There's one thing I still beleive, some people have the correct info. on when d letters will be LIKELY dispatched. It's just unfortunate that most of them are not members of dis forum while the ones that are members are sleeping members.
Obviously someone in NNPC has the list with him/her and he/she PROBABLY makes the decision on when d next stage should commence. Dis guy in charge definitely has candidates dat are consistently informed on d latest COS DIS IS NAIJA.
